Opt-in

WhatsApp opt-in capture and opt-out suppression.

WhatsApp requires user opt-in before business-initiated marketing. ChatPilot stores this in contacts.opt_in.

Capture opt-in through keyword replies, buttons, checkout consent, or forms. Opt-out keywords should suppress future marketing sends immediately.
