Contacts Overview

contacts stores the canonical customer identity for a tenant. Phone number is the durable identifier.

Fields include phone, name, entry_source, ctwa_clid, opt_in, tags, and metadata. Contacts are created on first inbound message and enriched by referrals, classifier output, staff edits, orders, and campaigns.
