Tags and Metadata

Use tags and JSON metadata to enrich contacts.

tags is a text array for labels such as VIP, lead-type, or product-interest.

metadata JSONB stores tenant-specific fields that should not become global columns. Tags can be set by AI classification, humans, campaign rules, or integrations.
