Create a WhatsApp Business App, attach a phone number, and copy phone_number_id plus the access token.

Insert or update a tenants row with slug, phone_number_id, wa_access_token, and wa_verify_token. Register the public /webhooks/whatsapp URL in Meta and verify the token challenge.

Send a test message to confirm ChatPilot creates or updates contacts, opens conversations, and stores an inbound messages row.
