Platform Fees

Revenue share fields and fee calculation model.

ChatPilot tracks revenue share through platform_fee on payments and orders.

Fees are calculated as a percentage of transaction amount. tenants.gmv_total, tenants.platform_fees_total, and billing_active_at support billing and reporting.
